Job Description:

Industry: Manufacturing.

Location: Coimbatore, India

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) Intermediate/Final.

Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in audit and accounts, with at least 4 years of experience in an SAP-FI/CO environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Align month-end accounts closing activities with year-end audit closing, ensuring seamless integration within a product manufacturing and SAP environment.
2. Implement and maintain internal controls across finance and other departments, such as warehouse inventory, purchase RM price validation, and sales price increase validation through SAP transactions and reports.
3. Take a leading role in the audit closure process and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in preparing and finalizing corporate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and notes to financial statements, in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of tax audit requirements.
6. Stay up-to-date with statutory requirements, including TDS and GST, and oversee TDS and GST return filing. Familiarity with Income Tax assessment procedures is desirable.
