CTC Range: ₹18.00-20.00 LPA.

Post Qualification Experience: 3-4 years in financial due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, corporate restructuring, and M&A.

Job Description:

• Buy/Sell-side Due Diligence
• Enterprise/Share Valuation
• Analysis of industry trends and financial modeling
• Corporate Restructuring Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data and identifying key trends
• Discussing business performance with the target company
• Drafting and finalization of reports/presentations
• Coordination as SPOC between clients, legal team, and other experts
• Valuation of companies using Income and market-based approaches
• Project management across the transaction life cycle
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Liaison with different stakeholders for projects
