Location: Chakan, Pune
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or Science.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience.
Skill: Experience as End User of SAP SD Module.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) To book orders received from Sales offices (based on OEFs) within the specified time, in SAP.
2) To send Order Confirmations to customers/ Sales Offices after getting approvals from RM.
3) To maintain all customer records.
4) To monitor Delivery Dates committed to customers and to coordinate with Assembly Department to ensure the despatches as per the reserved dates.
5) To maintain records to prove effectiveness in Order Booking and Delivery.
6) Providing dispatch details and arranging for transit insurance wherever applicable.
8) To send the dispatch documents to customers, on time, and to maintain a record of the
