Experience: 10 years of management experience in a cloud-based IT networking environment.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Good Command of Operations of the Server System, Monitor all Supported Activities both Hardware and Software.
• The incumbent’s focus should be to develop the IT Infrastructure and Data Security as per the Industry Practice.
• Spearheading for Digitalization and Automation Systems.
• Establish a Healthy IT Control System keeping in view zero tolerance of Important Data sharing/leakage.
• Complete custodian of IT Policy in Place and its effective Operations.
• Branding of the Organization in domestic and overseas Platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP Support Process to address other Stakeholder queries.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and problems related to SAP software
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the SAP support function. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize SAP system usage.
• Should have possessed Managerial Skills to lead a Mid-Size Team member.
