Job Description:

Industry: CA Firm

Location: Prabhat Road, Pune

Qualification: B.com/M.com, CA inter with an audit background or Qualified CA (Fresher or upto1 year)

Experience: 3-5 years (including article-ship) preferred if previously worked in a CA firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the statutory audit process for small to medium-sized companies.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and the Companies Act.
• Reviewing financial statements and reporting on accuracy and transparency.
• Coordinating with client management and stakeholders during the audit process.
• Providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Overseeing and guiding a team of 2-3 audit professionals.
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all audit activities.

   CTC: Semi-Qualified CA- 3-3.6 LPA

   CTC: Qualified CA- 7-7.5 LPA
